Banana Beautiful – for acne prone skin

This mask will leave the skin feeling tightened, firm and smooth as it minimises blemishes with cinnamon and honey being notoriously great for their anti-inflammatory properties. Banana also soothes and locks in hydration, say hello younger looking skin!

Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Place the honey and cinnamon together in a bowl, put in microwave for 10 seconds ( or until desired consistency). Mash up the banana with a fork and add to the paste. Place on skin and leave it for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water and viola’.
Note: If you wish to not use the banana, the mask will still work using just honey and cinnamon!

Glowing Green – for dry to normal skin

This mask will leave the skin glowing and looking healthy, feeling soft and silky as avocado is packed with oily fats that helps replenish and rejuvenate the skin. Not to mention honey and oats help combat those one or two pesky breakouts. It’s sure to be a winner and it tastes delicious too, bonus!

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp oats

Method:
Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork, add the honey and oats. Mix together then apply directly to face. Leave on for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash off and enjoy your beautiful skin!
Note: This may get a little messy so wear old clothes or a towel around you neck.

2 Tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tsp honey

Method:

Place the honey and cocoa in a bowl. Then add the yoghurt. Place on skin and leave for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash off and enjoy!
